A person by the name of Ben Frasier called me on the phone using the phone number 904 398 0080. He demanded payment for a bill that I had received no prior notification for. He said that I owed him about $1000 and demanded payment immediately. When I told him I didn't have that on me right then he accused me of being dishonest and how he hated dishonest people. He told me that he wanted my bank account # right then and payment by 12:00 today. And then he said he would take it 3 days from now in the form of a money gram. Watch out for him. Just googled the number and came up with the same info except it stated this place is closed. Is that true and if so why are we getting calls from them

THEY ARE CONSTANTLY CALLING MY WORK NUMBER. I HAVE TOLD THEM THAT THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR IS NOT AT THIS COMPANY OR NUMBER

I got a called from this woman at this numder a few minutes ago. Excuse me for using this term but she was a "[***]". I lived in a apartment and I had big trouble with the person that lived above me. The police had been called about 15 times because she would try to atack us when even we would come home, she would have parties that woild last all night long, and that is just some of the stuff. I have plenty of police reports to back this up. I just got the run around from the Apt. Management. I decided to move out. I went to the Manager of the apartments and told them that I wanted to move because of these problems with the person upstairs. They told me that I could get out of my Lease by giving a notice. So I did. I lived out the notice and paid my rent up through the notice. Now they want me to pay the remander on the lease. What's up with that? I asked what I needed to do, I did what they said now they want more. I tried to tell this to the woman that called to collect, she just started yelling at me that I owed the money. I could not get a word in so I hung up. Good luck to you if they ever call you. They will do anything to collect even if you do not owe the money. They are not nice. Let them try to collect! I do not have a job, I do not have a bank account, I do not have a car. You can not collect from a person that does not have anything.

Please!!!! If they don't like the rudeness from people, change jobs. That is life especially when you work in customer service. I get folk attitudes and I do work comp. So many people don't want to work but hell its not my money so why do I care if they want to work or not. If they want to fake an injury or not, its my job to process their claim, investigate the claim and if it is proven that they are faking or lying, they won't get benefits. We don't know a persons situation to make judgments. Low pay, laid off, fired, receiving unemployment, etc. I just know that if its choice between a past due bill and paying my rent, food, daycare for my daughter, I am going to select rent, food, daycare, utilities all damn day. An old bill can wait. I will figure it out and eventually get it paid. Harassing a person daily is unnecessary and pointless regardless if they plan, can or willing to pay the bill.

unwanted call keeps calling me. I didn't ask for their services. I don't answer their calls at all they are called Professional Debt Mediation. I don't need their services

This collection agency is the most outreagous company I have had to deal with. They have no education at all or customer serice at all. In this tough economy many people are losing their jobs and cannot afford to repay some of their debts on time. They should have some sympathy and try to collec the money in a good manner. If you want someone to do something, you should try to win their friendship not harrass them.

They are calling and harrassing my 84 year old mother. How do I get this stopped since she owes noone money.

I recieved a call from this number and these people told me i had a judgement on me,so i asked for documentation of any kind the so call manager Mr Alexander got irate,i went to the court he said that the case was in and they have no idea what I'm talking about and the only thing he wants to do is threaten me with if you don't do it now there will be additional repercussions, in these days and times who in the hell in their right mind just give out their banking information over the phone like that. Why can't they send out some form of paperwork and when you ask for it why do they get so upset,ive dealt with collection agencies before and they've always provided paperwork and made arrangements if needed and they wasn't rude either
