These folks called me saying the same thing. Called me by my old last name But how the hell they get last 4 of folks ssn though and i stay in GA no payday loans here I wish i had me a loan hell but no never had that 1. So i told her give me payday info she mrs. Wendy said she dont have that info and i said so basically u telling me someone stole my info and she sais if it wasnt u then yes then she hung up on my [***] when i said give me all the account info because I'm filling a report then i called the 904 930 4852 number back and i was blocked SMMFH wow #TrueScammer BUT I'm still reporting it all

Same as everyone else a call saying they have legal paper work in my social and that they are willing to settle the debt for half the price yet will not give info on who or what exactly the debt is from in written notice which is by law!! Total scam almost competed payments with them and canceled my card last minute after expecting an email needing my signature to process payments and seemed fishy!!! I have reported them!

Scammers. I declined the call and they left a vm about a delivery and needing updated info. Don't bother.....

Same as everyone else they called and left a voicemail saying there was a package that had been undeliverable and to call 904-559-1620. I called back and they said I owed $900 but would settle for $100 and all other charges would be dropped. Also they asked if I wanted additional information about my case through mail or e-mail, I told them yes. I still have not received anything from them. I did not know this was scam. They asked for my card number and I gave it to them thinking I actually had loans taken out. As soon as my daughter looked this number up we immediately blocked and chopped my card. People are unbelievable.

These people did call me and already has my full social, employer, email address and home address, what bank I use as well as my father's phone number. What steps do i take to protect myself??!!?? I know I've never gotten a my cash now loan, even 5 years ago like they claimed. I'm freaking the hell out!

I got this message on my cell yesterday. I tell these scammers I never received my written validation of the debt. Many times that stops them cold. If they do give me a lame reason for not sending the letter, I point out to them that for a company who is a licensed debt collector, they sure are clueless about how the law works. Gets rid of them every time.

Tried to tell me I took out a loan that I never took out because hackers stole my information and try to take out a loan. I have proof I never took the loan out from all my bank statements. Had prior phone calls trying to say I took a $500 loan out now they're trying to settle a $990 settlement for only $75 and tried to say this will release my debit I refuse because I never took out a loan and please I beg them to take me to court because I can prove I've never taken out a loan and I never received the money and never got a statement in my mail saying that I did take out a loan from anywhere at any time. Hackers use my information but they're trying to say the money went to my bank account and the account number was incorrect.
