Received the same type of call. Didn't bother to call them back.

Phishing scam for sure. If you call back and ebince any degree of skepticism, they will immediately give up by saying, "Ih, wrong number,."

I received a phone call and was told that I had an outstanding payday loan in the amount of $1500 with late fees. The lady shared that the payday loan company was going to proceed with legal action, such as garnishment, to collect the fee. They said that they have attempted to to send certified mail and contact me at my residence(s) and email me the collection. I have never heard of them and I knew it was a scam because I never received any certified mail (lawyers definitely will make sure you get your letter). I looked them up while on the call and confirmed my suscipcions and hung up.

Just received the same message as above...I hung up the phone!

I too received a call about a pkg that was returned undeliverable and to press 1 which I did and "Katie" wanted me to confirm my ID and when I asked who tried to deliver this she would not give that info just said it was some legal documents and continued to try to get my name. Finally just tokd her I wasn't the person she was looking for,

Received call about an undeliverable package associated with my name and ss# I returned call couple weeks later got a live very professional sounding gentleman he gave his name who he worked for and what they're company did they had all my information although my phone number is not associated with my name because it's in my sisters name which is why I thought it was a real collector knew something was up when I called 5 different times to find out why I never received some email to electronically sign so they would be able to send me the needed documents and I have never received anything via USPS on the matter like original date of said loan nor the name of said loan company 904 559 1620

I received a call from this number and hung up. I looked up the number and found this information. Why can't these people get regular jobs instead of trying to scam others out of their hard earned money? People like this are scum!

Hi.Thanks for the advise.. they sent me documents thru email and it looks authentic. I took out a loan and I but can't remember if I paid them. I paid my other loans and I must forgotten this loan. Any advise
