Just got a call from that #. It's a recording in Spanish claiming that I won a prize, and asking that I press "1" to claim it. I hung up...
I just got a call from this number. I did not answer, they left no voicemail. My iphone says the call is coming from Valdez, AK.

I received a call at 12:11pm in Spanish as well, saying "Congratulations, you've won (something), press 1 to receive it"I didn't press one, it hung up after a few seconds of nothing.
