I get 5-7 calls a day from 909-500-9596!! If I answer they hang up. If some one else answer, he asks for my name!! I wish I can complain to police!

Just got a call - again - I let the machine get it... Calling for a survey he said to my machine. Live person, even, as he asked next, "hello? Is anyone on the line?" (Yes, my answering machine).
doing a survey that takes about 15 minutes. POLITICAL SURVEY that was a TRICK SURVEY. Asked me all these questions about another city taxing my city for water upgrades and then at the end asked would it be better to tax me even more for my city to build our own WATER TREATMENT??????? REALLY!? You think we are all that STUPID???? then their superior will call you to confirm they really did the survey with a 000-000-0000 number:u they both sounded asain so MAYBE called really from out of American:?
I just got a call from this number and it was about a recent visit I made to Petco in Mira Loma. It asked me about 6 or 7 questions, the conversation lasted about 3 minutes, it was extremely unnecessary but at least the guy was easy to understand and made the questions quick and easy to answer.
Called twice today withing the course of about two hours. Didn't answer either time and they didn't leave a message on the answering machine. Really wish they would stop. Not anyone I know. Area code is local though. Possible election stuffs???
