Caller ID is Pomona, CA ... hence I suspected it might be phone spam ... IT IS - Steven from Home Soar Solutions - a quick web search, there is no company named Hole Solar Solutions

3rd call. HOw did this get through? Caller id was GREEN. WIll report to the SHEET LIST.

Just received the fourth call from caller ID "GREEN." The solution is simple: Just block the entire 909 area code (unless you have friends or family living in that part of Orange County, east LA County or south San Bernardino county). That geographic area seems to attract unethical telemarketing rackets like mad and local politicians could care less about the illegal activity. Also consider blocking the 657, 714, 949 and 562 area codes -- all hotbeds of telemarketers in violation of Do Not Call regulations.

Friday 14 April 2017 -- 11:15 am -- Called my cell phone. Caller ID said "Pomona CA". I answered. Solar contractor telemarketer. SPAM!

They're calling again. This time they've changed the caller ID to, "GREEN." I would suppose that's an effort to ID themselves as something other than Solar Solutions, which was the caller ID on the last call from them.There are 10 licenses listed under some variety of "Solar Solutions" in the cslb.ca.gov site, four of which are Not active. The expired/canceled ones I searched seem to be somewhat of a tangled web of owners associated with multiple licenses. The type of folks who'd pretend to change their name in the caller ID line.If anyone happens to get a positive ID on these folks, please do publish it here, as it may help folks who want to go after them.April 13, 6:11 PM. Call from 909-671-0691. Caller ID said, "GREEN." No message. Previous call from same number had Caller ID of, "SOLAR SOLUTIONS."

Called when I answered all I heard was two voices screaming at each other in a foreign language

Losers call once (once a month since February) again this time at 12pm. No message left as usual.
