Recording on my voicemail " This is not an attempt to collect a debt, please call 912-629-7500. By all posts I see including the one from Tim Shaffer, this is a collection company. So you just compounded the lie because the automated program says it is not an attempt to collect a debt.
When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was denied that right. Two different employees said there was noone else to talk to. Maybe you should have employee training to improve customer service and less violation of rights!
yall called my mama askin her these stupid [***] questions like do she have 25 dollars to give or can she borrow it from a neighbor. first of all I have never heard of a professional debt company asking unprofessional questions like dat and yall seemed ghetto. when I called back to speak to da manager nd she is worst like wtf!
point blank if yout people call me again with those ghetto all girls on the phone I will curse yall out!
I get a call from (912)629-7500 as well as 7504,7502,7505,7506,7503, 7508,and all those belong to the most persistent, annoying, obnoxious company that has ever existed. They leave recorded messages DAILY and the reason they call from different numbers is in the hopes to catch you. Get a life! I WILL NOT contact you, your messages does say "this is not a sales call" but you don't deliver the reason of your call. What DO YOU want? I refuse to pay ANYTHING unless I have some type of document, why- if you are "legal" and not a scam, don't you or can't you provide a paper bill like any other normal actual business? You are just scumbags trying to exploit people for money, I hope one day very soon karma bites you back. How stupid you think people are? How do you get paid? Scammers Services Group, you bunch of trash.
This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of - these calls have been coming to my cell # for 6 months or more - same number shows up on ID and CALLER ID DOES NOT LIE MR SHAFFER - the number is 912-629-7500 - I personally talked to a lady that she was a debt collector calling for a hospital and was looking for BARBARA ALLISON - I told her I am not her, don't know her, not kin to her and don't want to know her - she apologized and hung up - the phone calls CONTINUED another 6 months. Can't this be stopped? Please? They are calling on my cell phone and I have very limited amount of minutes. At least now I have memorized the number so I don't answer any more.
I got this exact phone call a few weeks ago! They added on a hundred dollar collection fee. I've had stuff in collections before and never ever had a fee. Unfortunately the doctor office said they no longer have the debt, I guess this company bought it off them, but. .they are rude as hell. And never state the company name, none of the legalities that other agencies state.
I posted this yesterday on the link for the 800 # this company uses. I'm repeating it here because the call actually came from 912-629-7500. Mr Shaffer, Today I retuned a phone call from a rep at 629-7500. He stated that I owed money to Atlantic Radiology for services in October 2013. I assured him that I would look into it and take care of it if I did own the money. He wasn't satisfied with that answer and wanted a firmer commitment immediately. I PROMISED him that if it turns out that it was not paid, I would pay it. He wanted to know how soon. I said tomorrow. He said he would keep it on his desk only until NOON tomorrow, May 9, 2014. He was belligerent and I disconnected the call. He immediately called me back and left a VOICEMAIL stating that "it was clear that I had no intention of paying, something about taking care of business, and someone would be knocking at my door". Not sure who he meant would be knocking at my door. I called back the 629-7500 and told the female who answered that I would like to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold for at least 20 minutes before coming back on. (Pretty sure it was the same female). I told her about the threatening message and that I didn't think that was allowable practices. Then, the same hold music came back, she had put me on hold while I was speaking!!! A supervisor?? Of course, she wasn't. It was probably to make some comments to her fellow reps and maybe you also, as you say your desk is right there. And she wasn't sure whether a threat was not allowed. Too bad you weren't doing QC today. Then she kept asking me for my address, which I would have thought you had since you had my phone number. I told her that I was still recovering from my recent chemo, I was in bed, and that I would follow up tomorrow. Seems that is not good enough for Profit Services. I'm embarrassed by how emotional I became, but sometimes terminally ill people are more fragile. And you know, the reason that I wanted to double check it? Because since March 1, 2013 I have been trying to get Atlantic Radiology to resubmit a bill to Blue Cross that was filed with the incorrect pre-cert date. That was resolved LAST WEEK, and the charge was resubmitted to the insurance company. But, you wouldn't believe, or care about, the toll that took on my health. But, throughout that, Atlantic Radiology, and the collection agency that they had sent it to, were very courteous. Any how, after finding this website and reading all your responses and insults to people, I looked up the Federal Trade Commission's web page regarding debt collection. I'm sure that you are familiar with it, but for the benefit of others, it says:Can a debt collector keep contacting me if I don’t think I owe any money? If you send the debt collector a letter stating that you don’t owe any or all of the money, or asking for verification of the debt, that collector must stop contacting you. You have to send that letter within 30 days after you receive the validation notice. But a collector can begin contacting you again if it sends you written verification of the debt, like a copy of a bill for the amount you owe. What practices are off limits for debt collectors?Harassment. Debt collectors may not harass, oppress, or abuse you or any third parties they contact. For example, they may not:use threats of violence or harm;publish a list of names of people who refuse to pay their debts (but they can give this information to the credit reporting companies);use obscene or profane language; orrepeatedly use the phone to annoy someone.False statements. Debt collectors may not lie when they are trying to collect a debt. For example, they may not:falsely claim that they are attorneys or government representatives;falsely claim that you have committed a crime;falsely represent that they operate or work for a credit reporting company;misrepresent the amount you owe;indicate that papers they send you are legal forms if they aren’t; orindicate that papers they send to you aren’t legal forms if they are.
Yeah these clowns keep calling me over and over.. Claims I have an emergency room bill.. Yeah. Well, honey, I have insurance that pays that for me.. So good luck getting a dim from me. I've blocked them on my cell.. Fill my voicemail up.. Makes no difference o do t check it anyway.. But I think I'm going to start trolling them.. Calling them claiming I'm going to pay but the just hang up.. Or talk over them.. Do it daily
