they call daily .... Same here - decided to answer to advise them YET AGAIN - to remove out # from their data base!It was music ... so I put them on hold & left them there .. They finally hung up after 8 mins ... LOLThink they are legit - just the sales dept is annoying !I called back & pressed -0- got someone in customer service . She put our # on the SALES DO NO CALL LIST.will see if it works ----
I find they are not very competitive, I'll give them one more chance to win my business, they were a couple hundred dollars MORE than my last quote from a different company...
The problem is, no matter how many times you ask them not to call, they still do. Multiple times a week, sometimes multiple times a day. It is getting ridiculous for me. I tell them repeatably I do not ship freight, you are wasting my time and yours. Put me on your do not call list. They say, "We do not really have a do not call list." I let them know that is illegal and they need to stop calling me an wasting my time and my employees time and their own time. They continue to call. This has been going on for over a year now,
I had them do a quote for me,, wasn't that good of a price but, I will always shop freight, Now they call constantly, very annoying. HEY!!!! When I need another quote I'll contact you. Keep up your annoying calls and I'll pay someone else MORE to haul my freight. IF this is the result your looking for, your doing a "bang up job"
Actually , their rates were far from the cheapest, and their daily calls are really annoying me. Brokers for the most part, are not a good way to ship, unreliable and you never know what sirb or muslim driver will show up with your loads.... Better paying a little more for a "real' freight carrier. Unless you only move one load a year...
