Doesn't matter if you say anything to their recording or not, when you get 10 maybe 20 calls a day all spoofed, it is just dialing in sequence, I can forward mine to a time and temp recording at the push of a button, and they still call.
Got the same CID as others; MJ Amato Farm, in Mt Kisko, NY. Didn't take the call nor did they leave any message.
Caller ID said MJ Amato Farm, which of course is spoofed. Medical alert scam. If these guys had half a brain they'd at least spoof a medical supply company's number.....

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
