I have received 2 phone calls from this number. A teenager girl left a voice mail and told me that I have an appointment for interview with a health care company. This is scam.

CID said UNKNOWN CALLER. No message left. I don't answer or return calls from unknown callers. If its important and legit they can leave a message.

A young woman rattled off something about answering some questions about health. She claimed affiliation with the Centers for Disease Control, which does not conduct phone surveys except for the NIS, National Immunization Survey, which was not mentioned in the phone message.

This number is listed on that page as their help desk, which you can call back.

I have been getting a call from this number daily- at different hours, most recently 9:00 pm tonight. I never answer the call and it has now began ringing only once and stops, but then it is immediately followed by a call from another number from Wisconsin: (608) 371-6666. I have no idea what the significance of this is, but I won't be anwering either call and both numbers have been blocked. No message has been left.

What sounded like a polite teenager identified herself as working for the State Department of Public Health, from Sacramento. She said she wanted personal health information to see if I qualify for a program. I told her I wouldn't give her those answers over the phone.

I received the same call and the same person asked for my personal health information for a government survey. I asked if I could be placed on their do not call list but she said no.
