Fourth no. I complained about today. I block their no. I did like the one who said put a radio by your ph. and when you get one of these type's of call play them some good music. I also get very tired of these type's of call.

After saying "I'm X from Children's Cancer Recovery Foundation", "How are you this evening?", blah, blah, blah she then asked "Won't you help put a smile on the face of a child with cancer?". That's when I knocked her off balance.I told her I would be glad to make a donation if she gave me their IRS tax number so that I could research how much of each dollar goes to overhead. Silence ensued for some time and she responded, "Thank you for your time". Click. They hate it when you ask them for their IRS tax number because as a 501(c)3 their financials are public. Those financials also clearly show just how much these greedy, scheming low-lifes put in their pockets as overhead.It's been months since I dropped that bomb and they just called again. Of course I didn't answer but if they call again I'm going to answer, "California Highway Patrol non-emergency communications, Sergeant Martin speaking. What's the nature of your call"? If that doesn't take my number off of their list I'll just block them if they call after that.Could I block them now? Yes. But I want to mess with them just one more time because they are scum hiding behind kids with cancer which makes them the lowest form. If you can't block them mess with them and continue to mess with them until they give up. Don't forget to be creative.

They are indeed soliciting for donations for 501(c)3 front. Note the word "front". They're making bank from donations with about three-cents of each dollar going to their shell foundation.Block them if you have that feature. If you can't block them then REALLY mess with them. Here are a few ways that are fun:1. When they call, let them rattle off of their script. Then when the ask (which they always do), "Won't you please put a smile on the face of a child with cancer?" respond with, "Certainly if you'll give me your IRS tax number so I can find out the percentage of donations that goes to overhead". I've done this and they immediately hang up. 2. Answer the phone with a feigned accent and use REALLY poor broken English. Just keep rattling on with, "I no understand. Why you call? Who you?".3. I'm a retired cop and this one is a real killer: Answer with, "California Highway Patrol Valley Division, Sergeant Mulberry. Is this an emergency call?". When they say, "Isn't this XXX-XXXX?" respond with, "No. This is the California Highway Patrol. What's the nature of your call"? If they ask what number they called tell them it's 916-861-1300 and insist to know why they're calling the CHP.Be creative. Have fun. These scum need a kick in the rear.

first call comes from this number. after that,the calls come 3 times a day from an 877-241-8302. same voice,same pitch. I keep telling them they have a wrong number and to take me off the call list. calls still come daily and weekends too. annoying!

They asked for "Rob" I asked if I may tell him who is calling she stated her name was "Vanessa" I asked for a company Name she asap transfered me to elevator music. I hung upS C A M M E R S !!!!!!!!!!

Ah yes this is the number that called me on July 14th. The person didn't answer to my "hello". I had to say "Hello at least 3 times before "she" responded to me. She didn't ask for my name. All she said was "Wow, you are a hard person to reach ain't you?" I said "What, who is this?" She said "I'm from the Children's Cancer so and so and I've been trying to reach for you so many days now". I said "What? I didn't see your number come up on my phone at all within the last week". She paused for about 6 seconds, sounds like a freaking tape recorder "oh, I'm calling about bla bla bla". I said "Look lady. . ." and she didn't stop talking. She talked OVER ME. I said "are you listening to me lady? I work nights and you are calling me now? Is this a recording or something since you just keep on talking about me!" She kept on talking over me and then after I was done with my question she paused as if the tape recording was waiting to respond to me. She said "Oh, do I sound that bad. I'm so sorry for calling you". Then I hung up. My question is, how is it that these stupid [***] robo calls get through to my phone number. These people need to get a god damned life and leave people like me that work nights, leave us the hell alone. The last thing I need is some stupid mother F*** to call me when I'm sleeping during the day. And I can't disconnect my phone when I'm waiting for job interviews for a day shift job. this is pure bull [***].

You noticed that it was a computer stupid robo call too? I thought I was the only one.

Second call from this number today. First came through as "Childrens Cance", this one came through as "9167401723" apparently thinking I might pick up if they showed a different caller ID. Did not leave message at answering machine prompt.
