Want to get them to stop FOR REAL? File an FCC complaint. If everyone who takes the time to post here filed a complaint online with the FCC, this stuff would be a lot less likely. Takes less than 5 minutes.

I just recieved a phone call from this number and this was the first time and better be the last!! It had an automated message saying it was from card services and to press one to talk to a rep. Well I dont own a single credit card so I pressed one to find out if someone had stolen my identity and was connected to a VERY RUDE B**** named NIKKI!!!! I ask her were she was calling from and she told me that she was calling from card services for visa and mastercard. I proceeded to tell her that I didnt have a cc and she proceeded to get ruder!!! I ask several times to talk to a supervisor and she rudely said no everytime so I got even more pissed!!! Then I was put on the phone with her "supervisor" "CARL". I ask him for the call back number and he gave me a 800 number that ended up being a sex hotline!!!! He then explained that there was a cc with my phone number linked to it that had only been opened for 6 months and it was blocked so it wouldn't show the account holders name or address. He then told me that the only way to unblock it would be to have my ssn and I said hell no!!!! Then he said he was gonna transfer me to the FRAUD dept. so he did and a lady answered then hung up!!! So I called the 800 number to see if it was legit and thats how I found out it was a sex number!!! I am livid that there are ppl out there who do this on a daily basis and think they can scam or do whatever the f*** they want and for a dumb B**** to talk to me the way she did, she best be glad I can't find her!!!!!

What kind of complaint do you file cuz I went to the website and it gives you diff choices? Would it be telemarketing or deceptive or unlawful advertising????

how do you block it if they are calling you on your cellphone? they call me atleast 4to5x a day me and my husband applied for a loan and they are saying we owe money that we never got...

They call me and my daughters several times per month. Twice I have waited for them to give me a number to press so I can talk to someone. The moment they answer with their nicey-nice voice, I ask them to remove me from their list. Both times they have hung up on me.
