I get calls from this number all the time. the thing about them is that they call so much, i have remembered the number. i simply don't answer. I have a "do not call registry" number. we'll see if this works. After you register for this, and within 30 days you are still getting calls. you can file a complaint. : 888.382.1222: www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx. they are VERY annoying, i agree. I don't know if it'll work,because if they're calling from cell phones, it might not, but it's worth a try.
I just received a call from this number (Wisconsin). Did not pick up and they did not leave a message. Very annoying.

I just received a call from this number about lowering the interest rate on my credit card account.They were called "Card member services" or Card Services" like previously said.You get the usual story about this being a limited time offer that is expiring soon.I went to talk to the agent to have them remove my number, and they hung up on me.It was a guy that talked to.
