This stupid car warranty thing keeps calling my cellphone..I'm 17.I can't own a car.How did they get my number..?
Got my first call from this number minutes ago on my cell phone -- I didn't take the call, and no message was left. Glad I didn't take if after seeing the 15+ pages of posts about it...
These people call me almost every day on my cell phone. They claim to be selling auto extended warranty. When I press 1 to speak to someone to tell them to take me off their calling list they either hang up on me or they tell me they will but then call back the next day. The last time I spoke to someone I was told the company's name was Auto Solutions.
I'm getting regular calls from these people as well, and to my cell phone. It's usually a recorded message saying that my current warranty is about to expire, which is bullsh*t because I have 3.5 years left on a 5 year manufacturers warranty. When I ask to be placed on their do not call list, I'm told that they will, but a few days later, I get another call. Anyone know how to prosecute them? Where to file for small claims court?
They Call my office everyday so today I decided to hear the gimmick. It is an auto dialer get transfered to a rep and the only have to get your information and pass you to AAA. Thats all they do and AAA sells you some BS package for warranty. They will not give an address or phone number just tell you there located in Orange County CA. and the name is Auto Solutions with over 20 years exp. must be combined

Call came in at 12:54 central time. Dead line on the other end for 10+ seconds, so I hung up...

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
