I got Rebecca Baker from this number! Was not going to give my payment info to a random caller! Yes, she told me where she worked, but anyone can just call and say that they work there. Just wanted to check it out first! Thanks
I wouldn't put it past collectors to post their info to get some of the slower people to buy the chit your selling, just a suggestion, why don't you take a couple gallons of gas and a lighter to work tomorrow and do us all a favor. Instead of the normal harassment and soul crushing tactics on people who probably already have more than they can handle.
Works & Lentz. A seedy collection agency that hospitals will turn you over to even when you've been making your agreed payments on time.
I'm calling [***], because my husband and I always make payment arrangements with the Dr or hospital and we Always make timely payments, but several times have been turned over to works and lentz at the end of the year. My hypothesis is that the hospital wants to get things settled by years end even if that means sending me to collections. I have been lucky enough to make the same arrangements with W&L, but don't say we all are in the situation because we don't pay. Because I'm sure I'm not the only one in this situation. Especially when a lot of these bills are over a thousand bucks. Yeah, I'll just pay that all at once. Stfu. I'm gonna feed my kid first and send you what I can. And I still got sent to collections. Karma is a [***]. Continue to think this way.... It will happen to you one day.
Just read in a book that the statue of limitations for a debt is 3 years in OK. So they shouldn't be collecting on it.
You can be sued for medical bills I have been several times without even knowing until my credit report was ran.
Do you really expect us to believe that? You were sued and didn't know it until you saw your credit report? Please, you had to have been properly served. If you weren't, then there is no valid judgement. And then we get to the elephant in the room, why are you here and why are you replying to a 2 year old post?
I received a call from an Elaina from 918-592-2420 ext. 284. She didn't leave who she was with or what this concerns. I do not call people back unless I know who I am calling back or who the company is that I'm calling.
Yeah, I got a call from that number saying that they wanted to "talk to my father", when I'm living with my sister currently. I asked them what it was for and the guy said it was over a personal matter.I see it as you are using my phone, my battery, my number so you do NOT just call it for your own personal uses for someone else without telling me what's so important that you had to use MY phone. If it's so important, then you call the person you are trying to get a hold of, not me. It's disrespectful. And yes, you could say it's "against their policy" to give out info, and its probably true; and it's good they don't just give out info to just anyone, but my dad told me what it was for and it was not that much of a personal matter. He could've easily just said it was about billing and ended it at that. With that, I likely would've let the guy use my phone. (i happened to be over there at the time since we live not far from him).Oh, and not only that, but I asked if I could take a message, still trying to be the nice person, and he gave me a number for my dad to call. Just for being disrespectful towards me by expect me to submissively use my phone. I didn't write down the number he gave me to give to my dad. That guy can take that number and shove it up his fanny.
