My very first call is from these asshats! WTF? And it cost me $1.00/daily, plus the call, plus 2 text message fees, to ask them to stop as they have a wrong number. And the text messages came back returned, undeliverable, as an error (??!?) and so I have yet to get my message across! I see no reason to call them as they will obviously assume I am their debtor dodging them, and this injustice really tickes me off! I don't have to prove my good name to anybody, especially NOT scumbag lowlife's!! What does it take these days? These crooks, who disquise themselves as attorney's, when, in fact, I have just discovered they are a collection agency posing as an attorney's office... I mean, come on already!! Enough BS! Is THAT not a crime itself? They have a low score with the Better Business Bureau as it is, and no decent attorney's office is going to act like this. I'm going to go a long way to report this abuse. First of all, it is disgusting they behave in this manner. Secondly, I am most certainly NOT their intended recipient as to their phone call. They are criminals, at best.

For everyone always complaining about being turned to collections because you failed to pay your Dr bill or hospital bills..its your fault..stop blaming the collections agencies for it! The Dr or hospital that you did not pay are the ones that sent you to a collection agency!! You are given enough time by your Dr office or hospital to pay your bills....if you dont....then you go to collections!! I use to work for a hospital and we always have patients that ignored every statement we sent them.....and wouldnt pay when I would calll....so I would sent the out to a collection agency. I know Dr offices and hospitals are always the last to get paid! Stop whining and pay your bills people!!!

Why are you so angry if you are not the one they are calling for? Why not just ignore the call? I have had calls that werent for me but I didnt get all butt hurt over it. People need to pay their bills!!!!!

Well aren't you a very educated person. Lets start out by informing you that this threat on a public site can be held against you in court. You can be charged as a terrorist which is a federal felony. I honestly could go on about the moronic statement you made but I will not.

First off they are a law firm please check your information with the State Law board. Secondly all you have to do is call them back and tell them they have the wrong number, if infact they do your number will be removed. Third they are also a debt collection law firm they are not posing as anything. Forth get a real cell phone that doesnt cost $1.00 a day, hell maybe even get a job and stop posting bogus claims and incorrect information on sites where for some ungodly reason someone might actually believe the trash you are talking.

All cell phone plans charge a minimum amount every month. You would be hard pressed to find a plan under $30.00 a month which would be $1.00 day on a 30 day plan. But then with your very poor reasoning skills and lack of education it is no wonder you could not fathom this concept. As a debt collection "law firm" they must still abide by the FDCPA. Furthermore since you have no knowledge of where this poster lives, these criminals might not be allowed to practice law in that state. They should be doing their homework and not calling the wrong number to begin with, but it is much easier to call everyone with the same last name and threaten them, thus possibly collecting multiple times on the same bogus bill.Perhaps you should get a job, I think you might just be able to qualify for cleaning toilets somewhere, although with your lack of education, that post might be difficult for you to achieve. Of course it doesn't matter what someone else believes of that poster writings, since absolutely no one believes the "trash you are talking".

I had a payment agreement regarding a couple of small medical bills that I had somehow forgotten about. The agreement was to pay them in the middle of Jan and then beginning of Feb. They also had a large bill for my husband on my account and say that's legal....But he's 100% covered by the VA for his medical, even at non-VA hospitals. I was told that the billing for that was being straightened out and even gave them the name of the woman at the VA who I have sent all of the paper bills to so that this office can contact the correct person. Anyway, I sent in the 2 payments as scheduled and now I've had 2 calls in the last week from this number. The man leaves a voicemail with his name and contact number/extension, but hasn't identified where he's calling from. I had to google the number and it led me here like they all do. 800notes is the best!
