This group has been calling me and leaving voice mails telling me to call them back but they have never identified themselves. I don't call people back who leave the kind of voice mails they do. Incredibly vague. Perhaps after viewing this sweet site I will give them a call.

The reason they ask for your DOB and the last 4 #'s of your social security is to make sure they are speaking to the correct person that is all that is used for. It is also so that your personal information is not given to anyone trying to pose as you. They are just doing their jobs. So maybe you should make arrangements and see it is all not that bad if you owe a bill you do need to take care of it

This is a legit attorneys office with a collection department. They don't say who they are with or what it's pertaining to because of legal guidelines set for such firms. They will file suit if you meet the criteria and their client decides to proceed. If you have a suit filed against you and don't pay or set up an arrangement they will garnish your wages. They are nice, previous debt experience with them, willing to work with you. They are just trying to collect money for services rendered to you by a medical facility.

I have not seen a doctor in over 10 years but they kept hounding me that I owed a medical bill from last year. I have told them they must have the wrong person but they keep insisting that it is me. I told them to sue me. Have not heard from them in 2 months.

ok, court document says i owe 1802.73. I have given them 2777.07 and they keep adding money to the account owed. Is that legal? They say court cost and fees, but only had one court hearing.
