War dialing is old hat. They just keep dialing in sequential order until the line picks up.

Both donotcall.gov and the FCC have been extraordinarily unhelpful. This is clearly a scam from very boorish and surly people. I save the multiple numbers in my contact list and assign a silent ring tone so at least they don't bother me when the call.Any idea where they're getting our cellphone numbers?

How about you do what I do? Save the crap caller number to your phone's contacts list under the name "DO NOT ANSWER." And since there are several ph#'s available per contact in your phone, when you get a new crap caller, just save their number to the same contact. I have about 6 "DO NOT ANSWER' contacts in my phone, each one full of several crap caller numbers. And all for FREE! Sorry Verizon. And when they call again, my phone tells me "DO NOT ANSWER" the call. And I don't!! Works like a charm. ;)Cheers!

Keep getting calls on cell phone from this number. I do not answer and they do not leave a message

I got a call from them a couple of days ago, they start off by saying that it is about your credit card. I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD! Also remember, it doesn't do too good to report the phone number as there are apps on computers now that can put any phone number they want as the caller id number. Technology will be the death, and bankruptcy of us all!

Here are the 4 numbers Cardholder Services {part of Chase Bank} call me from: 920-602-0879, 612-325-8774, 406-720-2099 and 484-483-5222. Just bought and downloaded Root Call Blocker Pro for my (rooted) Android phone and blocked all 4 numbers. I'll also add any other numbers listed here and hopefully it'll work.

I think it's the same guy who answers the phone. I've asked repeatedly for the guy to quit calling me and he either yells at me or hangs up (mostly the latter). I've taken to using my car horn or just screaming "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" into the phone once he picks up the line when he calls - around once a month. I bet I make his day interesting.

I get this call several times a month!! After the recording I press the #1 to speak to a live person and in every instance I get hung up on when I ask to be removed from their list...today, when I said "remove me from your phone list" the woman on the other end said...ummmm NO! HOW BOUT THAT? then she hung up on me! I finally figured out how to block this number from my phone. I have complained about this a number of time and I AM on the do not call list...that doesn't seem to matter!!
