Automated call wanting to "reduce interest on mortgage/credit card accounts, etc. and if you try to get calls stopped, they hang up on you. Calls come in daily and although it is not collection harassment, it IS HARASSMENT!!

I get calls from this group 3-4 times a month, for the past year or so. I have reported them a number of times to 'do not call' and gave up. I thought about asking my cell phone carrier to block this number but it generally is not the same phone number they call from. I have tried a number of times to do exactly what Mirlynn said she did by hitting 1 and had the EXACT same experience, sometimes it a man sometimes a woman but the exact same thing happens each time. I am SO sick of this!

You can report to the FCC and DO NOT CALL REGISTRY on line. You will need to answers some questions, but more than likely they're sunk, and will be fined. The FCC is proactive with this sort of thing.

Called this morning, recorded message regarding credit card interest rates. Pressed 1 to speak with a representative, was hung up on when live person came on the line.

Got a call from this company. Credit Card Services. Usually this comes from a different state. They must have moved their operation/phone number. Same old BS. Rather than pressing "3" to have them quit calling me, which does not work, I pressed "1" to speak to a live person. The person asked me if I pressed "1" to lower my credit card interest rate, I said no, I pressed "1" to ask them why in the #### they keep calling a number on the Do Not Call List since I have repeatedly told them not to call me? The person never identified themselves and immediately hung up. The Do Not Call List is a joke! They say you can collect $1500 for repeated calls if you have told the company to stop calling. Yeah, right. I filed with the FCC immediately and expressed my frustration that they obviously cannot follow through with their claim that the Do Not Call List works.

CALLS HANGS UP...

I just received another call on my cell phone. I pressed 1 to speak with someone. When he came on the line he asked if this was about a credit card, I said yes. He started talking and I interuppted him. I told him I was on the DKC list and I had already reported him. The phone made a funny noise and we were disconnected. What else can be done?

It took a while to hear back from the FCC for my last complaint, but I have a case number now for some other Bozo's. Document dates, times of calls/texts to you and your responses to them (your request to stop calling you).
