Thewy want to SELL you the idea of getting your interest rates lowered... They will probably actually get the interest lowered, BUT they will charge you some ridiculous amount like $879 and charge that to your account... They tried the same scam on me.... after many many questions they finally said how much more I would save in interest... SCAM.....

Got one this morning, they are using multiple numbers, I have been getting one of these credit card robo calls at least once a week for the past month. Filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry. This time I did press 1 and spoke with a woman briefly and found out she worked for an in bound call center in Florida. Asked for the company name and address, she hung up.If we use different tactics and get one of these people to slip up, we can post on line the address of this company or their call centers. Maybe make their life and their ability to perform these robo calls a little more difficult. Let's mess with them as much as they have been bothering everyone else.

The "Do Not Call" list will not work against most telemarketers, because they're not targeting you specifically.They start dialing with (example) 555-111-0001 and go on dialing up through 555-111-9999. They're usually autodialers, and the representative will not pick up unless you do.If they ARE targeting you specifically (i.e. they know your name), and you're on the "Do Not Call" list, then you can file a complaint ONLY if you have told them to take your name off the list and they repeat the call.Also, if you put your phone number on ANY kind of entry form for a contest or whatever, you may as well have NEVER put your name on the "Do Not Call" list.

I started receiving calls on my cell phone from (920) 602-0879. I read all the reports on the internet about this number, so I didn’t answer it. I have only recently started receiving unknown calls on my cell the last 3 weeks, which makes me believe my phone number got onto some scam artist list. The do not call registry is not hacked, these people get the list for FREE all over the world for the purpose of making sure they purge their databases of these numbers. Of course, they can use the numbers as their only calling list just as easily.
