I got a call from 923433688311 but it ring only for few seconds i didn’t had the chance to answer it. I Google it to find the code area and I found this side. That’s so strange.

923036044168 - Received a phone call from this number, but I didn't answer. Have been reading all the messages here about other calls from similar #'s. How do they get this information? I am not prepared to change my phone # but this seems to be all my phone provider can offer.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
