Received a call but if I do not recognize the number I do not answer. So, I did not answer. DNC lists - My understanding is after being on a DNC list after number of years, 2, 3, 5, you number expires and you can start receiving calls again.

These guys are a multi tasking bunch. In addition to all the telemarketing activities posted in this thread, they also provide "Receivable Management Solution" services which means, THEY ARE A COLLECTION AGENCY. They can probably get around any law by claiming they are performing other services listed on their site. Sounds at least a little tricky.

I get calls on a daily basis from this phone number. I am a Bellsouth/AT&T customer. Once I actually answered and the rep claimed she was from AT&T and pressed me to upgrade to their internet services, etc. I declined but the calls KEEP coming!

Are you serious? You can take them to small claims? Have you ever gotten money out of them?

Called once at 2:28 PM; when I answered, it began ringing like I was calling someone, so I hung up.They called back at 2:29 PM; said he was represting AT&T YellowPages. The guy had a heavy accent and he spoke so fast that I couldn't really understand him. Asked him to remove our number, and that we didn't appreciate the calls. Said, "Okay".

I am so sick of getting these phone calls, every single day! And I jump up and run to get the phone because my only child is in the military...I just wrote to the email given on previous note above, hopefully that person will make the calls stop.

I sent an email to the rep from E-Tech (Mary.Sommers@etechinc.com) and this is her response...I apologize for the calls and have submitted your number to our database for removal. The process takes approximately 24 hours (it runs nightly) and then you should not receive any further calls from our company. I will reply back as soon as I can confirm that your number has been removed from all our call lists.Thank you in advance for your patience during the removal process.
