Constantly calling to upgrade me to a faster AT&T DSL internet serviceare very rude and pushy. Have told them on numerous occasions to remove me from their list... THEY HAVEN'T

These phone calls from ETECH got me SO MAD I actually did something. I Just Got off the phone with the ETECH receptionist... (I called the number listed above and pressed "0")...and she was VERY RUDE!! She said ETECH worked for ATT and they had every right to call me because I was an ATT / BELL SOUTH customer (not for long!!) She said I was wrong....they would never call more than once a month...( These people call me 4x plus a day and then no one's on the line. ) I've had it....I'm switiching to cable digital voice phone service ( I called yesterday....got a package for $33 a month w/ UNLIMITED IN COUNTRY CALLING where as my bell south bill was approx $70.00). I will NEVER deal with ATT again because a company who hires Incompetent fraudsters like ETECH will not get my business!!

Calls 2-4 times daily. Usually I'm at work, but they never leave a message. When I have picked it up, like many I wait 3-5 seconds and no one is there, so I hang up. This is getting VERY frustrating. I am a BellSouth (now AT&T) customer for landline AND DSL. Guess the only way to stop it is to disconnect service.

Call the number back, press 0, ask to get on their do not call list. just did it, see if it stops?

putz claims to be from AT&T ... and he knows i have DSL and wanted to GIVE ME faster DSL service ...i told him to get the hell off my phone and if AT&T wants to give me something they can put it in writing ... he continue to claim he was FROM at&t ... like i'm an idiot ... hello --- caller ID ...jacka$$he called multiple times ... i stopped answering the phone.

keep getting calls from this number and they never leave a message - i never pick up the phone either because it must be a solicitation - very annoying and I am on the Do Not Call list as well

OK. I just spent 45 minutes of my time cleaning up this mess. I also got a call from Etech Inc. (936-559-2200) this morning from a man with a very heavy Indian accent. I asked them if it was a marketing call, they said no. They asked me to unplug and re-plug my modem on Saturday for my DSL to double its speed at no cost. He assured me my bill would remain the same.I called ATT customer service and to my surprise they showed an order had just been placed for upgrading my DSL service at an additional cost. Can you believe this crap!!! I immediately proceeded to cancel this upgrade and get a cancellation number.I also called ATT corporate at 210-821-4105 and filed a complaint. When I called the number I pressed “0” told the operator I wanted to file a complaint regarding my DSL service and she transferred me to Barbara Langhorne at 404-927-7400 (in the state of GA). If any of you got this same call I urge you to do as I did.

I receive unwanted calls from 936 559 2200.

THIS NUMBER CONTINUES TO CALL ME. THEY DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. WE ARE ON THE NO CALL LIST AND I ASSUME THIS IS A TELEMARKETER.
