Is indeed a Care Source of Ohio number, they left me a message it was time ro have a well baby check up for my child as their birthday was arriving soon. My only child is 20 has a child and her birthday is in October, this is Feb. LOL. Was glad to find what I hope is legit, but haven't had Care Source in years, Instead of calling t may be time to update records, also no one ever referred ro me by name most recordings even tell you who the call is designed for, due to Hippa , so it leaves one wondering
This number keeps calling trying to solicite insurance information from me. MEDICAID WILL NOT CALL YOU FOR THIS INFORMATION. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. Medicaid is state mandated and NO ONE from out of state should be calling you in reference to your insurance information. If this number calls you, call the provider number on your card and report this fraudulent attempt to steal your insurance infirmation.

Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
