They have called me several times a day on my cell and at work. They never leave a message and when I do pick up, they hang up. Twice today, there was a person who asked for me; as soon as I said that I am Heather, they hung up. I tried to call them and could not talk to a person to find out who they are and why they're calling me. The machine kept asking for my account number but I didn't even know who they were.So from what I'm reading, it seems they're probably behind my Care Credit account at the vet. I could take care of it if they would at least talk to me and not hang up. This is so frustrating!

i have been getting these calls 3 or 4 times a day they don't say anything i just got one today and i could hear them breathing on the phone and they would not say anything so i just insulted them and called their mothers bad words maybe they will quit calling me this is like stalking or phone harrassement and i know that is illegal maybe we should call that guy that tracks down child molestors and get him to investigate this case it needs national attention

had to block this number; they have been consistently calling since 8:41 am Saturday 10 September 2015; 8 calls today so far; no one answers when I call them; extremely annoying!

They have called my cell phone 11 times in the past two days. Never a message. I blocked the number of course

This a LEGIT caller. I had a medical emergency and had to apply for a medical-specific line of credit (Care Credit). In my case, this was the collector calling me to check on a missed 1st payment.BEWARE OF THE _REAL_ BILL AMOUNTMy first bill came, and the BOLDED, folded-to-be-on-top, "Total For This Period" was $0.00!LIES LIES LIES!!! This is fees only, and is NOT you actual payment, or even minimum payment. Look carefully on the tear-off for the REAL "Total Minimum Payment Due".YOU WILL BE FINEDI missed my payment due date by 2 days and they added on a 50% FEE (over minimum payment), as punishmenet.GET RID OF THE FINEThey allegedly removed both my late FEE and a credit card processing CHARGE ($10) to take my payment immediately over the phone. From reading other posts, this may be a lie, and it may come back. BUT AT LEAST TRY. Tell them ther bill is deceptive with the actual billed amount, or with changed due dates. They told me my next payment will be 10 days SOONER. WTF?TALK TO A REAL PERSONJust keep asking for a "representative". Mine was polite and spoke perfect english.

This is Syncrony Bank (formerly GE Money Bank). I have a Care Credit account. I was 2 days late and got FIFTEEN (15) phone calls in 2 days.

I have a care credit account with them and it's now Synchrony Bank. I've not had issues yet, but will be paying off the balance ASAP! Thanks everyone
