Looked them up. This call originated from NEUTRAL TANDEM-MICHIGAN, LLC in the Detroit area. "Neutral Tandem" is a company that provides telecommunication services to boiler rooms. This is definitely a popup operation with bad intentions.
robot left me a voicemail threatening legal proceedings that mostly got cut off because it didn't wait for the voicemail recording to start. I am totally sure that if I called back it would turn out to be a phishing expedition. Deleted.
An automated voicemail from different phone numbers (different area codes) telling me to call or legal proceedings will begin against me. No other information.

They have called twice but don't leave a voicemail. With the rise if AI voice spoofing, I won't take the chance. Snail mail, text or detailed vmail is the only way to engage with me, stay safe and pray that God touches the hearts of these scammers.
