Definitely a student loan scam and probable attempt to steal identity. Received a voice mail from this number to call back regarding my student loan. Gave a reference number. I don't have a student loan. I'm 60 and haven't been in school for over 30 years. Number on caller ID showed 614-412-1314, but caller, who gave name Patty Sullivan left a direct dial number 949-354-4929, and an obviously false ref. number for the student loan (30706).

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
