Just got a call. Sounded very serious and wanted to know my property address immediately!!It's just scam. I don't anything to anybody. Why would I ever be so stupid as to give my address out.My son is an FBI Agent. I am passing this along.

Received the same message 9/8/11. Returned the call, female would not give any information, became very rude when asked a question.

They said they were a lawyers office and I was being sued. But could not mail me nething since I was willing to pay it in monthly installments. But could not give me any statements it would be electronically debited from my account. Them things just started not adding up. I just cancelled my card because of them.

Yep they just called here to---same number.... phone caller ID said Temecula California and the number they said to call.... they claim they've left several messages--and not heard back....but again this is the first call I've received. Didn't say what it was about or who they were--just that it was imperative to call back in 24 hours....um, if it were that imperative....then why did you not have a person on the phone calling me live? I did answer...you weren't there...not me! So not calling back. I know I'm not delinquent on any loans and it is probably some relative I am not responsible for. The only debt I have are my mortgage and ONE credit card shared by my husband and I...and we are current on both...

we received call from this number from jennifer, i believe she said her name was that...saying she was looking for a person, which was my daughter-in-laws dad....how she got my phone number or the connection between her maiden name and married i have no idea . please report these call to your state attorney generals office of your state...with the phone information included. if we all work together pr assoc. will be in a lot of trouble...please report...ty

Recieved several calls now from these very rude people who refuse to explain what they are seeking.

we got a call from this number...i traced it through google. these people seem to be the low lifes that buy off old debts that have been written off through bankruptcy...they buy the old accounts or x dollars and then use the information that was supplied by the old creditors. any money they get from you is just icing on their mean cake....do not believe these people they can not take you to court...if you hae an old debt thats over 3 years old in most states the original credit card or bank must be the ones to file a lawsuit...also in most states (u can go to fair credit reportingto find out more info on years in your state)the companies only have 3 years (ck ur state)to do anything about an original closed account. i worke for a law office and we were constantly getting calls about these people calling and harrassing our clients.....don't believe them, they are trying to get lots of money from old charged off acounts..also report them to your states attorney general's office, and if they continue harrassing enough record it (tell them u are recording) and turn it over to your local da or your private attorney.

Fraud! These folks call my ex husband and friends...told them some story on me. Said they were going to call the DA and file charges but would be willing to accept "half" of my "bill"....I took the info down and stated I would have my attorney look into it and give them a call back. Never heard from them again.

Called and female answered, told them we have no clue who you are and that we looked them up and told them that according to the comments, we should call The Attorney General's Office and report them and she said: "OKay, have fun doing that." Never asked me my name or anything. Crazy. Company: PR Associates Person on the phone: crazy woman.
