Just posted an ad in Inland Empire Craigslist for Free Grateful Dead tickets with their phone number. I am sure it costs them a few shekels for every call.Hope there are a lot of deadheads on CL!!!!

I put my AT&T Samsung Blackjack II PDA up on my local Craigslist thinking I'll find a local buyer for my 2 month old phone. I’m asking $200.00 for a $350.00 phone. AT&T recently replaced my old phone and I’m renewing my contract and moving to an Iphone. They each have a mysterious person ‘overseas’. This just reeks of scam!!!! Don’t fall for it folks. I’m going to notify the FBI Internet Crime Unit in Washington D.C. as well as the New York State Attorney General and Craigslist. This is just total crap!

Unfortunately, I didn't catch on to this scam until after I had RECEIVED this bogus $3500 check and cashed it and made the transfer to the Western Union. Yeah, I'm stupid! I am on the phone now with Western Union reporting this fraud and I was able to get the money returned to me (whew!). Now I just need to get the money back to the bank...I can see what I'll be doing the rest of the day. Should have trusted my instinct that this was crap...

Just received an identical reply to my cragslist ad, said it was from "Solomon Morris" "mailsolomon2008@yahoo.com"

This person claims to be deaf and wants to buy are stuff for even at times more then what is asking price. Don't give into him or her. It is a scam artised. They want are stuff but checks never clear. and the apparent mover always turns into well can u ship the stuff to me. not happening to me and dont let it happen to you!!!

I can't belive this I was sellin an electronic on craigs list I got 2 emails one from nelsonsmithyousee@yahoo.com and nelsonsmithyousee@yahoo.com so they both sounded really gud buyers but I specifically mentioned on my ad that I wanted CASH but they said checks and how their DELIVERY person would come and pick it up. But the one that sounded really fake was NELSON because of the DRAFT I was a little confused and im happy that I decided to research his name. I hope people catch him!!

Evidently scamming Craigslist all over - I'm in Houston. I researched their email address and it showed Mountain View California - phone number showed this site.

I asked for their Supervisor and they give me a number (877)885-3172 which is Hands On Video Relay Service. Different company they claim they are. They claim they are IP-Relay(.com). I checked out their site for a number and could not find one so I called their service and asked for their supervisor and they referred me to the same (877)885-3172 number. I will report the number to authorities when they are available.
