I just received a call and how rude can a person be! They wanted personal info and got ticked off when i wouldnt give it to them. I told them to send out a letter about what they wanted. I will not give info over the phone NOT STUPID! and they said they wont waste a stamp to send out the info/letter. WTF!I just hung up at that point...

They called my home again today. This time I hung the phone up. Usually I let them listen to the TV ( a court station). They are calling the wrong people!!!!!!!!! The person they are calling lives across the country from me and I have had no contact from them for over many many years. Do not know how to contact them if I wanted too. They don´t care if they get the wrong ph. number or not. I think they just like to torment people and they don´t care who it is!!
Debt collector calling for a Cynthia Martin, we have no clue who this is. Collector rude and wanted to argue insisting "I think you know who this is" even when I stated I did not not know this person!
They keep calling for someone else. I have had my number for two years and they still call even after I tell them the person they are looking for is not at this number.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
