Called but I did not answer, they left no message.

I got a call from this number saying they could lower my intrest rates on my credit card. Did not mention which one and called my cell phone number. I am not sure how they even got my cell phone number. Does anyone know anything about this company or whare they get theeir information?

I got a call from this number at 12:18pm MDT. I hung up after a few seconds of silence. (If I get dead air, I don't bother waiting for the recorded message.)

Same with me. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. I called back. That number is not connected.It is the famous "caller ID scam".Who should we report this violator?

I received a call on my cell phone about May 8th in the am, however I missed the call and noticed it was from this number. I knew the area code was in FL. I do not know anyone from florida so I figured it was a telemarketer, I was curious on who it was and the call back number says it has been recently disconnected!!!!I hate when that happens!!!So then on May 19th I got a call from the fraud dept at my bank wondering if I was trying to make a purchase for 200.00 at a walmart supercenter in Florida!!!! I do not live in Florida, I live FAR away from florida. Apparently someone had gotten my credit card number I have no idea how, I don't use it that often. Is that coincidental or what!!! Bunch of theives!!!

These people call me every single week. Each time I press 1 to speak to someone and ask for a supervisor. The person on the line always says they are a supervisor. (Yeah, right) Midway through telling them I am on a do not call list AND that I have asked to be taken off their list over and over again, they tell me they will remove my name. Within a week, I get another call from them. I am going to contact the State Attorney General's office and complain so someone can track these [***] down and finish them off.

If you have conversed in detail with the representitives of any of these companies about their services or, more importantly, gone so far as to receive written materials in the mail that contain identifying information such as names ofcompany reps and return mailing addresses, or have ever been charged service fees on your credit card by any of them, please email the details to the aforementioned address. On web sites like this one where people have been complaining about receiving thses "Heather" calls, there are posts from people who have had such contact with some of these companies. If you are one of those people, please email the details to the aforementioned address. Action is underway in several state and federal law enforcement agencies intended to shut the real culprits down and sort out the innocent parties (if there are any) at the same time.

Rec'd call from this number on 5/12/08, left no message, call id read unknown. See this number now and then. getting irratated!

I just received a call from the same number had a recorded message about lowering my interest rate on my credit card. The recording said they were card services, so I took the bait and pushed 1 got a live person who said they were going to help me lower my interest rate on my Visa and Mastercard account. I said what company are you from, they said card services. So I waited, he then said due to a recent increase in score on my Experien credit report I am going to be rewarded with a lower interest rate. I said who gave you permission to check my credit report, there was silence, I then said which credit card compnay are you calling from, he said your visa and MC, I said ok but what company? The phone went dead.

Got a call from them on May 05 2008, said I won a all-inclusive trip all I have to do is buy some magazines. Wanted credit card info. When I told her I wasn't interested. She said I still qualified for another free gift and she needed to transfer me to another rep. then the line went dead.
