i called the number back and hit 0 they then have an option to put your number on the do not call list. hopefully it works because these calls are annoying

We Need to take action to this number.Some how they getting this info but we have to complain about this marketing to some one who can take action againts this people.they can not do bussiness legaly thats why they are using this kind of idea or chiting.....954 926 5876....insurance.....credit card......what the hell is this.....

Thanks for the info. I havent used my jcp card in over a year. They just called today and I didnt answere. I only have a cell phone and I am going to add them to my cell phone block number list. I am not going to waist my breath on some fool. And waist my time making a bunch of phone calls. Most phone companys now have a way that you can just add numbers that you do not want to call you to be blocked. Spend your time enjoying something else. i sure am.

My dad keeps getting calls from these people. They ask for my mom by name, and when he tells them she's not available, they just hang up. The folks are on the Do Not Call list, and yet they still get the "We have an important message for..." calls. Surely this must be illegal! Because they haven't said what they're calling for, exactly, and because they hang up before anyone can say, "Do not call!" there are a couple loopholes. But really, this is bordering on harassment!
