I am getting 2-3 calls a day from Stonebridge Life 954-926-5876. JC Penney sells card users info to this company. I am on the do not call registry and have called JC Penney and StroneBridge life. Spoke to Shane at customer service Stonebridge. Please help us stop harassing calls to our phone numbersI will be canceling my JC Penney account because of this issue.
GE Capital is whom the anger should be directed at. They issue the JC Penney credit card not JC Penney. Direct your issues to them.
I've had five calls aready since 8:45 this morning. I pick up and hang up immediately. After the last one, I blasted them with my radio turned up as loud as possible!! Absolutely ridiculous!!
Several times a day I receive a phone call from this number. Nobody answers. At least answer. No idea who it is from or why.
Caller identifies as Stonebridge Life Insurance. My husband determined that they were calling the wrong number; we thought that would take care of the problem. Now they're calling twice and three times every day. When I called the number back, I was given an 800 number to call. I spoke to a representative who, when I told him I wanted the calls to stop, hung up on me.
