I know from an ex-brother-in-law who was involved in telemarketing. They may have 10 people to answer calls but the auto dailer has called 150 numbers. It is all a matter of "luck of the draw" if your phone rings but there are no more telemarketers to run the scam, you get the hang up but those lucky 10 people get to be scammed!!
Called. I answered. No one ever said anything. After a few seconds they hung up. Thank you, Android, for the in phone block option.
