As soon as I loked at the number I knew who it was. I was hoping it was Cardholder Services again! I ALWAYS press #1 to talk to leach. I mean fine upstanding person. As soon as they answer I berate them with insults but in a calm and cool tone. If I can make them mad enough they will stay on the line and trade insults with me. This is a lot of fun if you have a few spare minutes. In the context of everyday conversation I politely call them every name in the book. I try to bring race into the conversation every chance I get. It's really a lot of fun and a good way to blow off some steam in the process. If they want to waste our time, we can waste some of theirs.
Rachael called my cell phone and I didn't even give her my number and she didn't even give me a message.
