After hours call to my business hangs up before call put through to after hours staff

I have received countless unwanted calls from this number. I continue to hang up and they continue to call back.

This caller lied and said they were OUR credit card company and wanted to talk with the owner regarding some charges. When I pressed her for her name she said it was Karen Miller and refused any more information. She said that I HAD to answer her questions and I told her SHE had to answer questions and then she hung up.

This Person who called from this number identified himself as Treeace from Visa Mastercard and wanted to send a rep by my business. I asked for a manager who identified himself as Marco who told me the company is Summit Merchant Services. I asked to be removed from the call list.

We want this company to stop calling us. We asked to be placed on a "Do Not Call List" and we were told that they didn't have one. We asked for information to report them and they hung up.

Received a call from this number saying that they were our credit card company and wanted to make sure that we would not be overcharged for transactions the next day. Their explanation made no sense. Then they asked to confirm our address and the name of the owner. Next day, they wanted to send one of their sales reps over to our business saying they made an appointment. We refused to meet them because this was total bs.

I finally started answering the phone and am harassing them back... like, answering the phone and putting it right up to the very loud speaker, or "dropping" the phone loudly on the counter, etc. Unbelievably, it seems to work, and they stop calling as much. I am fed up with these people!

I have recieved several calls from this number since the last post and have identified that the number belongs to two companies. First is:TransTech Merchant Group3220 Keller Springs Rd #128Carrollton, TX 75006Second is:Summit Merchant Solutions1101 East Arapaho Rd, Suite 190Richardson, TX 75081I have demanded to be removed from the call list each time and spoke with a manager named James Mitchell this last time but the calls seem to continue day after day and some times two or three times as close as 20 minutes appart.
