I am on the "Do Not Call" list and do not own or do any business. I saw this number on my Caller ID a few days ago with Unknown Name and I deleted it. Today I was at home and picked the phone up when this number rang. It was a recorded message asking if I want to have some mortgage on my home, etc. I hang up. Apparently whoever behind this number has bothered a lot of people, I hope they will be caught and given a big fine.

Same as ALL of the others. They have lied and been extremely rude. The best way to stop this company is to make detailed notes about the call -- time, date, phone number they called from, your phone, subject of call, caller's name (they use aliases).When they call advise them that they have called your number many times and you have asked them to remove you from their calling list and not to call again. Then say, "because of your persistence, rudeness and failure to stop calling, I am sending a complaint to the attorney general of _______ (your state). Again, do not call this number, again."Then SEND YOUR COMPLAINT TO YOUR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL! Insist that your attorney general send a "cease and desist" letter to the company. Keep getting calls from this number and I am on the do not call list and I am not a business.......they call anyway.

Yes, I agree they are constantly calling throughout the day asking to speak to the owner or co-owner. When you tell them that the owner or co is not in, they will hang up in your face before you can ask any other questions or even take a message. Who has time to keep interrupting their work to answer these calls? The phone rings enough as it is. Quit hounding us, no one has extra funds to purchase office supplies or anything else.

Have been looking for a job, when this guy Terry from Houston called and after several hours of talking, wants to hire me to sell credit card machines and in order to hire me sight unsean, he will need my personal information to run my criminal record. Something is not right...,

They have called my company eight times in a 2 hour span. I am so sick of these people calling. And I am using AT&T to block the telephone#'s but it isn't working. Last call I told the guy to stop calling me they are harassing us.

They have called my company 8 times in the last 2 hours. I am so sick of these people calling. 5 out of the 8 calls they hung up. We have AT&T and the call back # is always the same for Transtech Merchant. I told the last guy to STOP HARASSING US! We are a company trying to do business without this prank.

You can call the number back and press Option 8 to be added to their DNC list. I asked the lady why they call all the time and hang up. She stated it was a automatic dialer and if there is not a representative available it hangs up. I told her it was poor business practice and to remove us from the list. Calls are supposed to stop in 24-48 hours. We will see.

Someone called and asked for the owner. If they don't know the owner's name then it's obviously a scam call of some kind, especially after reading all these other posts. Fortunately we have an extension that we forward these types of calls to where it will just ring and ring. If it persists after you ask them to remove you, just place them on hold whenever they call. Or just set the phone down. I've also heard that if you have caller ID and know it's them calling, answer the phone like you are a hospital emergency room. By law they are forbidden to call ER's. Just tell them it's an ER number and please remove the number from their call list. They are supposed to stop.
