Received email from "Microsoft Support" telling me my service has expired, and that they had the last 4 numbers of my SS#, and would withdraw 978 for any operating account of mine if I did not call the number to cancel. I did not call them. Can't these people be traced and arrested for this?
I got a email from Microsoft Support saying they upgraded my computer and would charge me 993 dollars per month. I did not authorize this action has to be a scam.
