I've called back at least twice (still in my phone history) and requested to be removed both times. Still getting calls from them. Auto recording for a business credit line. Drives me nuts! Have them blocked on my phone now.

calls frequentlyand wakes me up.continued to call even thoughthey were told never to call me again.they claim to make business loans.

Called twice so far today, caller id says "Customer Svc" ....

Picked up and after I said hello a few times, there was complete silence

Just called me twice @ 5:01 and 5:13 pm EST. Left no message so I blocked caller.

No voicemail left.

Robo call, just blocked.

This caller does not have a company name. When I checked my telephone, it said caller name is Customer Service. I have no reason for anyone to be calling me from Customer Service and if I had a need then the call would be to my home, not to my cell phone. I've blocked the caller and reported the number on the useless Do Not Call list.

I agree that a catalog of complaints is not particularly useful. I also agree that if you are going to complain then complain to someone who can resolve the complaint.I propose we ask this site to take it to the next level by providing call rejection lists. Then working together with smart phone giants Google, Apple, and Microsoft to ensure these lists can be easy to sign up for and use. If those giants will not help a simple caller ID type app can block known baddies.Criticism on this idea is invited. If there is agreement let's start asking 800notes.com to look in to building an auto blocker that works like email spam blockers.
