They say your credit doesn't matter. Its false advertizement. If I had 30,000.00 in banking receipts why do they deny me.
Robo call. Silence for about 10 seconds, then "Your business has been approved for a small business loan..." pre-recorded message.
I do exactly what you do if everybody would listen to us and do this they would be out of business in 40 days or less
I want their company name and address, etc, I'm trying to fish it out of them since they are calling all of my numbers that are on the "do not call list" and I'm going to seek them out in court for $11k for each infraction, so right now they are up to 5 calls 5 x $11k. I'm doing the same with another call that has over 40 infractions.I have reported this to the do not call list etc but that is like reporting it to the waste basket so now I'm taking legal actions and I encourage everyone to do the same. However, we need their company name (legal name), phone number, contact person, address if possible. If they are using a company to do the calls then we can go after that company too since they are in violation.Let's play stupid and see if we can't get the information and then post it here and then we can all meet up for a cup of coffee before we go into court and take them for everything they don't have. :)
I receive calls from this number 1-574-566-0569 caller id says PLATED SCC. and this number 1-5043830492 and caller id says MASTERS SCC both say they are from the business loan center. they have the option to take you off their list if you press two. I also am on the do not call list. I get about four calls per day Monday through Friday.
I called them back and there's an automated message that answers and asks if you would like to be on a do not call this for the number that called you.

I didn't recognize the number so I obviously was checking to see who it was
The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
