I got the call today at 302 pm ,the man had an Indian accent ,he told me my computer is having unseen error messages that he can see whe i use the computer to go on the internet or when i use any social media ,he said he wanted me to give him remote access to my computer ,so he could run a virus remover ,i told him error messages are not unseen and i have internet security that is updated twice daily and you are nothing but a scam artist trying to get peoples information from their computers and i am reporting you to the police ,he hung up so fast after that.

I have gotten a couple of calls from this number. I usually hang up. Today he called back. So I sat at the computer just to see what he was going to tell me. He had me open event viewer. Then he tried to get me to go to www.ammyy.com. I googled it instead. The first hit is "ammyy.com phone scam". Ha! I was trying to figure out if he was a salesman or fraudulent. I guess I got my answer. I tried to get him to tell me the name of his company. He just kept asking me what I saw on the screen. I hung up, he did not call back. I will just torment anyone who calls from this number in the future.

Keeps calling, no message. With so many complaints why is nothing done to stop this.What is the purpose of this site other than to vent?

Got this same call today!

I got the same call. Scam trying to get access information so he could get into my computer and "fix it" for me. Sounded like some Asian accent type person. I told him he was a sorry no good son of a [***]..and he hung up...

I got the same call a few minutes ago from 985-564-0064. I knew right away that it was scam and told him so and hung up on him.

I got a cold call from a guy who did not identify himself other than to say he was a computer tech support (no company name or location, heavy Eastern Indian accent) and that my computer was generating a lot of errors. He then had me open a run window and open event viewer. Closed the event viewer and reopened run window. He had me type a web address into it and I asked why he wanted to remotely access my computer. THEN he said that my computer was generating bad programs-(bad move) I replied that my computer did not generate programs it USED programs. He tried one more time to get me to run remote access website and I told him no. The reply was "Then why are you wasting my time?" To which I replied "I am not wasting your time, you are wasting mine, you called me!" then he called me a piece of s**t and hung up. I think he got lost on the script and then got frustrated because of my fake ignorance of where the keys are on my keyboard, etc..... :-D

Received a phone call man with heavy Indian accent asked for me by my name. Said he was calling about my home computer. Sounded like he was calling from a call center. When I questioned him he hung up on me.

I received a call today, Monday, April 21, at 11:19 a.m., from a man with an indian accent, who said he was from the IT department and wanted to talk about my computer. I told him to take me off his calling list, I am not interested in whatever he is selling.
