Heifer International is a legit company, but it is NOT them calling. I've called them to check since they are local in my area. This FAKE company calls & asks for donations for Heifer, RNC, DNC & several other legit companies! All they want us your Credit Card number!!! Do not respond!
Just got a call from this number3 hours ago and again 5 minutes ago. I don't answer numbers I don't know. They didn't leave a message, so I don't plan on calling back to find out. I live in PA, and don't know anyone in LA, so I assume it must be a sales call.

Just got call from this #. Read on-line that telemarketers are able to setup robo calls from this location: Napoleonville, LA. This is only one of MANY fake phone numbers these scumbags use. They rotate the numbers often. Read on this site there is a company in Chicago that "sells" these fake numbers to spammers.
AMEN! I don't pay for my phone so I can be harassed to death. I often get 10-12 of calls like this a day,and my phone # was hijacked (spoofed) at one point.
That's it. Too many calls from an unidentified caller from 985-635-4267. They are blocked now. It only buys a little time until these operators start in calling with other numbers, but makes me feel like I have a tiny bit on control over who interrupts our life.
We are harassed by this caller numerous times each day and we would like it stopped immediately.
Yes. This number called us today and i just didn't answer. We also get anywhere from 2 to 5 calls per day and are registered on the "Do Not Call List" also. i also block numbers that have called. Through Time Warner Cable i can block up to 30 calls. But i find they just get new numbers and it's hard to keep up. They are like vultures waiting for my mom, who has dementia, to answer the phone. i wish something else can be done because it is so WRONG. How do these people sleep at night
