Just got a call from this number while driving through LA. I didn't answer since I didn't know the number. I live in AL and have a TX number. Very strange. I am also registered on the do not call list.

Just answer the call and they said I just won 1000 dlls for the government helping hispanic people and they ask me my card numbers and I said I dont wanna give u that information and they hung up on me hehe
