This happened to me, too! When I answered the woman was speaking Spanish & it sounded like it was a recording. GRRRR!!!
Just got a call from this number while driving through LA. I didn't answer since I didn't know the number. I live in AL and have a TX number. Very strange. I am also registered on the do not call list.
