scammer says she can save me money on my AT&T account rates. CID: says name not found. Thanks but I'll talk to AT&T if I need anything.
Blocked caller found again in call log. Still using same fake number, (not a spoofed number) to hide their Iranian roots.
Just received a call from this number. The female could not pronounce my last name - first clue.Said she was from Medicare and wanted to confirm that I was a diabetic. I told her that Medicare does not call people and that I am not discussing this issue. I even accused her of not being in the United States. She tried to convince me that she was from Medicare but finally relented and the last word she said before hanging up was "S#*T"...I guess she realized she messed it up.
We are a church and we get a call a day from this number and they just hang up. I looked up area code 987 and it says there's no such area code.
THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN COMING THROUGH DAILY AND IT IS VERY ANNOYING. I GET IT AT WORK AND ALL DAY. MAKE IT STOP.
3 rings then they hung up. If they call again and try the Windows repair scam others have mentioned I may have some fun with them first, then I'll tell them I don't use Windows, I use Linux. I can enjoy wasting a phone scammers time for once, instead of them wasting mine
3rd call today from these scammers. Claim they are from AT&T though their CID says "name not found". Says his name is Natwan Wilson. Just for fun I made him spell it three times. And he proceeded to tell me how they are preferred by AT&T can can reduce my rates. Now how many lines did you say you have? Well scammer, I never did say how many lines I had, and IF you were associated with AT&T like you said you are, and IF we even have AT&T, then YOU WOULD HAVE OUR INFORMATION and would KNOW what we have and don't have. Soooooo....he was only lying when his lips moved.
got a phone call today from 987-654-3210 ...person stated that they had been told by medicare that someone in the house had diabetes? I answered no, not here ....the woman sounded foreign...I do believe this was a potential scam as I don't think that Medicare can distribute this kind of information to any type of sales company...
Sounded like they were from India and/or Pakistan. The first one stated that he would put his "supervisor" on the line. Obviously, the "supervisor" was standing right next to him. Then there was a "shipping" department. Female voice sounded American. Echo on the line. She said she'd call back due to the "echo." Never called back.
