i got a call from this number this morning around 7am and the name read Carson City, MI && im from California.. so idk the lady was also speaking Spanish..
I just got a call from this same number and Im in philadelphia. Went right to google to check it out.
Called my cell and got a Spanish recording. Went to Party City last week, don't remember giving them my phone #, but I guess I did. Is it legal for Party City to sell phone #s??
I've never given my number out to PARTY CITY. So other companies out there must be participating in this marketing tactic as well.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
