Got the call about 10:45 AM from this number. They called my cell phone and I didn't answer, they did not leave a message. No Party City connection. I am in MN.

I got a call from the same number. I never been to party city though...

Just received a call from this same number with a Spanish speaking person. I hung up then Googled the number.

I got a call from this number too but I didn't pick up. I have not been to party city so I'm not sure who it was. I texted to see if they would respond but I got nothing back.

just got a call from this number on my cell phone and did not answer because i didn't recognize it. i've never heard of party city and i only give out my cell number to friends. i get cell calls sometimes that immediately start in as recorded message in spanish ... i don't know what they're saying, don't know if it's related to today's call. i'm in massachusetts

I got the call 10:15 am ct. I don't ever answer calls I don't know, especially on a cell. I didn't go to Party City so I don't think Party City has anything to do with it. It is simply just a telemarketing company. How they got the number no will know. I'm sure there are 100's of ways. When doing some research on the 989 area code, I found that it is the most used area code in the country. I'm sure there are alot of telemarketers there.

I've gotten calls from this 'person' several times over the last few months most recently a few minutes ago. Spanish speaking women, I always hang up or dont answer. I downloaded ringtones off a site where you put your phone number in so Im sure thats where they got mine. I was just asking for it I suppose, I also am on the DNC list.

I just received a call from this number. They did not leave a message. I also gave my number to Party City right before Halloween.

I received the exact same call around 1:15 PM EST. I don't speak Spanish so I hung up almost immediately. I Google'd the number and this site was at the top of the search results. I have already filed a complaint on the DoNotCall.org site, but I encourage everyone else to do so if you haven't already. I left a link to this thread in the comment section for their reference. Hopefully the FCC will investigate it sooner if they receive a high volume of complaints for that number.

I called Party City, for directions to there store. I never spoke to anyone. Then went to the store but I know I never gave my number to anyone. So maybe since I called my number was taken from calling to the store. That's pretty messed up!!
