I think there's no connection to Party City, I just think that since Halloween was last weekend, everyone went there anyway. Spurious and disconnected events, though I wish there was something better to tie this stuff together. I haven't given my cell number out except to a small number of friends. Nobody knows it except for individual people; no organizationsI received this call and I am on the do-not-call registry. I've also been getting all kinds of calls, though. I think that people just aren't following the rules. It's definitely SPanish, and I definitely speak Spanish, but not nearly well enough to keep up with this chick's fast and highly artificial tone. If these guys don't start removing people from their lists, I'm about to drive up to Michigan with a big ol' hammer and remove their machine from the network.

I've been getting calls from this number. The first time the told me in Spanish that i won 10000 bucks ans gave me a number to call. When I called to ask where they got my number, the lady hung up on me. The second time I sent her to hekk.

I got a call from these guys this morning. I did not pick up, though. I just remembered that I went to Party City back in May or June while preparing for my daughter's birthday party. I don't remember giving my number, though...but it was a while ago.I'm also on the "do not call" list

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
