I answered only because I have relatives in Mid Mich. No Party City purchases in recent months. Female voice, speaking Spanish...I hung up. I have received a similar call from a number near the Canadian/Wisconsin area nearly a year ago. Then it appeared that the electronic dialing system seemed to zoom in on typical cell phone numbers provider by provider.
Just got a call from this number - someone was speaking spanish - hung up after few seconds - i hate these ppl - they don't even know how to market their products
I just got that call also and my husband did a few days ago. I didn't answer but he did and it was a message in spanish saying he won 1000 dollars. No party city either.

They just called my AT&T cell speaking spanish. No party city connection. I hung up on them. This is the second time they have called me this month, So annoying!
