I do not pick up my phone, unless I know who it is. I Googled this one. I don't know anyone in Michigan. Go get them!

I live in SC as well and just got the same thing...The do not call registry doesn't stop these people because they're already liars and thieves, what's one more rule/law they're breaking?!
Got this twice and last time I googled it there were people when they hit a key to talk to someone their phone was charged. Never heard of party city.
Also the Spanish chick. No connection here to Party City, but I've been getting a lot of random calls to my do-not-call listed cell lately. Annoying.
I have no idea who this was - don't know anyone in Michigan. When I answered they were speaking Spanish to me.
I got a call from this number mid-morning on my cell. I was in downtown Chicago at the time. My cell phone is on the Do Not Call list, also. I didn't hear it ring, so I didn't pick it up. However, I've been no where near Party City, so they didn't get my number from that. And I rarely give out my cell phone number, so it had to have been random dialing. After all the harassment calls over the last few weeks due to the recent election, I've had it with this type of call. DO NOT CALL means Do Not Call! What good are these lists anyway??
