999-999-9999 / 9999999999

I have received several of these phone calls and today they called again and this time there was a person on the other end wanting to know if someone would be home to receive some documents. I told the girl that this is a scam and I have done nothing that I should receive documents on and you can take my number off your calling list and do not call me anymore. I was going to call and report them to the BBB and FBI and that they can put a tracer on my number and find out who you really are. I have tried several times not answering but it doesn't do any good. When the number comes up on the caller ID it just states that the caller Name not found.

This number calling my number for the past three days, four times in a day.

Exactly. "I don't pick up any calls that don't have a name with it." Period.

received a call on my landline from invalid npa 999 999 9999. When I answered they told me they were a technical department and there was something wrong with my computer. I hung up.

Type Block 9999999999,...Only the B should be capitalized...That;s what they told me, we'll see in 12 hours if I get another text.

This number sent text saying i won $500.000 on world cup .. had to email claimards11@gmail.com another email address was .clirfs3@hotmail.com ... think they were saying this won the money .i never opened the text regards David

my husband gets these 9999999999 calls and I know for sure sometimes it is a friend who is totally paranoid and restricts his number, I also know some of the calls come from agencies trying to give you a loan even when you block them they still are able to call through. I also know that the number showing as incoming is never 9999999999 its either restricted or 1800 numbers, I also know that sometimes my husband gets so pissed he will yell at the telemarketers for long minutes, when most people just hang up. I do wish there was a way for the cell phone companies to at least make seperate restricted numbers for people/residential and business type phones.
